She felt
a
sense
of
relief
“It’s ok to cry!”
You see
she had wondered
if
dew
are
tears
The rain
certainly
is
a
good
cry
A hurricane
sobbing
When she
became
a
waterfall
after much effort
it
was
to
suggest
joy
even giddiness
To
transform
To maneuver
the snow
To carve a pathway
To shout
at
the jagged mountain
and
triumph
over
sadness
To make
crying
a
beautiful
sight
I think
she
has
succeeded
The
trees agree
and
so
too
their roots
“It’s so beautiful!”
they
exclaim
some
holding hands
some
quietly
crying
themselves
“God’s handiwork”
he
said with confidence
(if he
only
knew)
Mother Nature
is
formidable
don’t
you
think?
