It was quiet
everyone
and I mean every
one
was asleep
or nodding off
So
I went to the very core of the eternal clock
(you know the one
that
actually
keeps
time
for the entire universe)
and
I made the slighest
most
subtle
adjustments
imaginable
First
it will never break
Second
it will continue on forever
Third
there is no alarm
any longer
I don’t
know if any one
has noticed
Maybe scientists some day will
see
a
fluctuation in particles
or
those
virtually imperceptible waves
throughout
space
Maybe
But bottom line
it was me
I made it so time is endless
And now
to
relax
in a hammock
strung from
the sun to the moon
and
just
enjoy
eternity
every
day!
